A Barsoomian white ape is a creature almost identical to a girallon except that itís intelligence is near-human, making it a much more dangerous creature.
    A Barsoomian white ape (or "great white ape") looks like a girallon (a white-furred four-armed gorilla), except that there is a gleam of intelligence behind the savage eyes.
    Barsoomian white apes speak their own language.

Barsoomian white apes fight in a similar manner to girallons, hiding under cover to spring out and slaughter anything that enters their territory. Often they roam in hunting packs, slaying and devouring any creatures they meet.
    Rend (Ex): A Barsoomian white ape that hits with two claw attacks latches onto the opponents body and tears the flesh. This attack automatically deals an additional 2d4+12 points of damage.

[This creature is essentially the girallon, but with its Intelligence increased to 7 and the corresponding changes to type, base attack bonus, skills, and feats that such a change entails. I boosted the CR by 1 to account for these changes.]
